amex points to QANTAS

An old question I'm sure but how do you transfer Amex points to QANTAS and what are they worth, I'm only talking 100,000 points and it is just an ordinary green Amex card.
Am looking at using them to assist with return flight to London.

Unfortunately, you probably won't be able to. Only Ascent Premium (which comes with the Platinum Charge card) is able to transfer to Qantas.

With 100,000 points, you probably won't be able to swing a return flight to London unfortunately. Possibly 1-way, but then you'd be up for an expensive 1-way flight back.

Do you already have points with Qantas or another frequent flyer program>/

Can I point out Qantas points are not the only answer here, you can transfer to Singapore and would only need ~ 81K points to London. Plus about $1K co-pay but Qantas would be a lot more points and similar co-pay.
