Amex qantas card lounge passes

Hi i have the qantas amex premium cc card and i made a qantas spend in february but havent received the lounge passes yet? Are they posted out? How long do they normally last for? Should i contact AMex?

In my experience they have been posted out and relatively promptly. They normally last for 12 months from the date of issue.

I noticed the other day on Ausbt that Qantas are apparently issuing digital lounge passes, instead of the old paper ones - so perhaps you're in that category. If you're interested in reading more I read it here: https://www.ausbt.com.au/qantas-moving-to-digital-lounge-passes

Thankyou you were right got an email today saying my digital lounge passes are now live. Unfortunately only valid until end of Feb 18 was hoping they'd expire end of march 18.

Yeah not so good is it!? For anyone who has a ANZ Black QFF card - as of a week ago they were still sending out the paper passes. Mine came with a Dec 2018 expiry.
