Does anyone have an idea whether a supplementary card holder can have a complementary Virgin lounge access??

Most of the time supp holder would not receive any of the "core" benefit of the card so most likely not. The only exception would be the platinum charge card.

If you mean the 2 x lounge passes, then no they won't be issued with their own unfortunately. Could they use a primary card holders passes, I'm not sure, but probably not as my understanding is they are electronically attached the card, or primary card holders velocity account, (no paper passes) is that correct?

Yes I meant 'two complementary access'. But I can spare them with someone else if I travel with?

Yes you can definitely take another virgin traveller in with you if you have spare entry on your card.

I have managed to have my entry passes transferred to another traveller by contacting the lounge and giving my details and my friends details. I might have just got lucky though.

Anyone can advise when does Velocity points sweep over to Velocity account? Had one statement so far since account opened recently as part of the 100k points promo.

My husband and I have had two different experiences with this. For my card, the points swept over after about 15 days (once I'd been billed for a statement, but not paid it). For my husband's card, his account has been open over a month, and he's been billed and paid his first statement, but no points have swept yet. Will report back when they go through.
