thought somebody on here might be able to help as the Velocity call centre wasn't familiar with Prague 
want to transfer some point over to Velocity on the understanding I can use them . Want to fly Per-Prg this summer one adult one child , any idea how Many points needed & how I would attempt to book a flight including a stopover on the way home ( extra point?) when I doubt you can do it online yourself & the overseas call centre talks to you like you are asking to fly to the moon! are there any numbers or email addresses that handle international enquiries ,left our number for an international expert to reply to us but no call yet.
