a warning for all to check the points balance transfer from amex. they have short chaged me 20,000 points in the past two months. i have been waiting for an answer for over a week and they say they are still checking. :evil:

Try asking them what the cut off date is for your MR account, a lot of the time they are different to your statement cycle cut date so it may look as if points are not being credited when in fact they appear on your next statement.

Which Amex card? Is it a bank branded Amex card? I used to have troubles with Earth cards occasionally.

Never had an issue with Qantas Amex Premium card. The points are transferred across to QFF around the 10th of the month and the statement closes around 14th of the month.
