ANA lounge access flying ANA in J on VA issued award ticket

I’m on ANA in business class on a flight to Europe out of Haneda on a Virgin Australia issued award ticket. Will I have access to the ANA lounge?

Also , will being Star Alliance Gold on Turkish Airlines help gain access if a VA award on ANA biz doesn't let you into the lounge?

The VA award should be counted as a normal NH award ticket so yes you should have access based on this.

Your Star A Gold will also grant you access as well.
