Sat down at the service desk in the lounge to get to the bottom of this. Lady was extremely nice (finally felt like I was talking to a human), we tried multiple things such as looking for VA, Velocity, Velocity Frequent Flyer.. you name it. Either they wouldn’t show up or when entering my number it would show an error message along the lines of « No agreement ».
Definitely something missing on the IT side. I just asked her to remove my UA number and I’ll try my luck with the Velocity hotline later.
