Hey everyone,

Been trawling through the forum for a while now and finally found a chance to join and post a few things.

I'm in Brisbane, but used to live in Melbourne working for QF as a Senior Res Agent in the FF dept, alongside Awards.
A few things have changed since I was there, and I'm sure I am a bit slow on a few things that used to be on the tip of my tongue, but I hope I can help out with some info and views of things from the inside.

Anyways, plenty to read on here and learn! (like wth is everyone referring to when they say JASA flights?...I'm assuming it's not the Jane Austen Society of Australia :shock:)
