Andorra in winter

I am in Europe early next year in my quest to see the Northern Lights.

I arrive during the full moon, so was thinking of spending some time exploring other countries.

Has anyone been to Andorra mid-winter? Any recommendations for things to do (apart from skiing of course) and how long to spend there?

I've only been during summer for mountain biking. Also experienced very cheap alcohol and duty free items. Didn't look like much else was on offer.

Presumably it is the same in winter, just substituting biking for skiing.
