Another free seat counter site and finding fare rules ?

does anyone know of another Seat counter like website that shows class of seats available, as the one at Class Availability Airline Flight Reservations is not working.

I am interested in Emirates fare, from Syd/Dubai/JFK/Dubai/Syd but none of the online sales websites (Bestflights, Travel.com.au) show me the following fare, I am guessing cause no V class tickets available so wanted to check Seat Checker.

Trying to find a fare that leaves Syd after 18 June.

Travel.com.au advertising the fare for $1,500 with taxes:
Emirates flights to United States. 29 fares


Also checking fare rules, I usually find a online agent (eg: below link) that uses "quick fares" ticket search, find my fare and click "review fare", is there any other way to find fare rules ?

For showing availability, you can use www.flightstats.com ; you have to register, but it is free.

As per the previous poster, Flightstats provides loadings.

As for fare rules, if you can prive the fare on http://matrix.itasoftware.com/cvg/dispatch/ or http://www.expedia.ca/?langid=4105 , the fare rules become available.

A paid service such as ExpertFlyer certainly brings up the VER9PAU1 fare.
