Don't want to call and pay the $$$ phone assist fee.

Have a domestic booking I cancelled a while ago, and the credit resides as a voucher in the shell of the original booking. I can access it through "Your bookings" at the Qantas site.

Really want to use it as credit towards a multi-trip booking, not a simple point-point booking.

Any suggestions on how this could be possible without calling?

I noticed only last voucher it specifically said "not valid for multi city bookings"

Lol. Indeed, it was something I had missed:

"Can only be used towards one way or return bookings for travel from or within Australia. Multi-city bookings are not permitted. "

Thanks for that.
