I recently received a 4 week $50 spend for 10,000 bonus points. Did the first two weeks, unable to get to Coles during the week for Week 3 due to work (nearest Coles is a 40km+ round trip, so have to plan shopping trips accordingly in that area when doing a bonus offer) so had planned to go on the weekend but unfortunately the 3-day snap lockdown in Tasmania put paid to that.
I emailed and sent a FB message to Flybuys on Saturday to ask whether it's at all possible to have the qualifying weeks extended, but zero response so far - tried calling twice and after almost an hour in the queue each time, I haven't been able to wait any longer (I do call centre work myself, so can't make - or take - personal calls during work hours, only during breaks).
Just wondering whether anyone else has had any success with a similar request? I'm assuming the answer is most likely no, but just thought I'd ask!
