Anyone stayed at the Conrad Singapore since the T & C's changed?

I stayed here a couple of years ago and received my Gold upgrade to the Exec floor, we are on the way to Europe again end of Mar and staying again, i'm staying in a basic room on points and noticed I didn't get an exec upgrade with full access like last time in my e-standby upgrade at zero cost, I received a "King Bed Business Room" which does give continental breckie but no lounge access, and a 3pm checkout. Last time they gave 6pm happily without any problems since we had a midnight flight to Paris. So... anyone been there recently and seen what the change actually is, no Exec Lounge access or are they still giving full Ex Lounge upgrades to Gold? Might have to pay the extra 90 SGD to gain the access and late check out I think.
