Credit Card Offers ANZ Frequent Flyer Platinum: 75,000 bonus Qantas Points + $100 back

To update this. I got an email and a phone call from ANZ today. Requested documents have now been provided.

Requested documents were emailed to: [email protected]

Looks like this link still states 75K points & No fee, whereas the 'normal' page is 60K/No fee or the Black is 100K/$275 fee - so this link is a much better deal.

I normally take a screenshot when thes types of offers differ from one's that are on the banks promotional page - anything else I should do? Save down the webpage as well or something??

Screenshots all that is needed.

Thanks, all done and verfication documents uploaded - we'll see how long it all takes now.

Great that this offer was still around, my 12 months exclusion with ANZ ended 9 July and I only just realised!

I applied via this link today:

At the end of the process got an application number and a message indicating:

'We've sent an email to xx_xx_xx_XX with your application details and instructions.'

But so far no email has been received.

No where in the process did it ask for proof of income.

@PlutekPlutek what was the final outcome with this for you? Seems same has now happened to me.
They ended up calling me back after a few weeks - I had already given up on the application, and wasn't going to apply again. When I first queried them, they were not able to locate the application, but somehow managed to find it after a few weeks. ANyway - got a call, they asked for the pay slips again, which I submitted, and then approved the card straight away.

Applied Monday 13.
Provided 6 months of statements + 4 payslips + proof of balance with Westpac
Got called back Tuesday at midday from a Melbourne phone number but I could not understand a word of what the guy was talking about - received an SMS next day to confirm the approval.
Waiting for the card now!

Applied using the link DrRalph provided over the weekend. Provided 3 payslips. Got two SMS's today. One to say I was approved. One to say I had to provide ID for the account to be opened.

Easy process for some free points!

Same here (except no ID required, maybe because I've already been a customer??).

Applied Sunday (uploaded payslips then as well) and received 'card on its way' confirmation email midday today - no phone call or anything.

Very nice!

After 2.5 statement periods, ANZ deposited 150K QF points 2 days ago. So, I cancelled the card online in the ANZ account.
As I can’t log now, it’s all done.

As I wasn’t watching my Qantas points as closely as normal, it ‘feels’ to me looking at the balance, as if I only actually got 75K not 150K.

I don't know what 'efficient' means, but this offer is currently 75,000 points for $0. Free points are now extremely RARE.
The best way these days is to have the bank not credit points within the stated timeframe, then complain and not only get your points and your annual fee/s refunded (ie free) PLUS some cash as compensation.

I've received over $1000 in payments this year alone.

If you missed it the first time, it's baaaaack.
Did it go away?

Whilst Ozbargain may be reporting this as a new deal, this appears to be the same deal that we have been discussing in this thread for months.
