Sorry to bring up an old thread - I've currently got an ANZ Rewards Platinum card and have met the minimum spend required for the sign-up bonus - which is 100k ANZ reward points plus $50 cashback.
So far, I've received neither the bonus points or cashback.
My first statement has been issued, but the bonus points haven't landed.
I know there's a disclaimer in the T&Cs stating that it may take up to 3 months for the points to be awarded, but in practice and with all the other cards I've had (including ANZ Frequent Flyer), any bonus points have been awarded at statement issuance.
I'm definitely also not within a blackout period as I've never had an ANZ rewards CC before (only ANZ FF in the past).
Is ANZ rewards any different?
