Aquire Points for a company booked flight?

I recently flown to Perth from Sydney. The tickets were issued by the companies travel agent. I have added my own ABN number to the flights but didn't received any additional aquire points in my aquire account.

Any help?

It seems from the T&C that my flight should earn points.
