Just scouring the forum for opinions on the better seats on VA Mel - Lax PE. Currently we are sitting in 14D & E, but it is reported that these seats don't have full recline. My preference is for a window seat, but this option did not present at time of booking unfortunately. Had a look on the V site for other available seats, but it now shows only two other open seats, being 14F & G.

Expert flyer shows this flight as having 10A, C, H & K available (the bulkhead row which is only allocated at checkin?), seats 10D to G blocked, row 11 is completely blocked and then rows 12 & 13 D to G all available.

Flight stats shows the following as available (think they're PE fares) O6, W9, S9 & R9.

Any advice on getting different seats?

Not sure if many here have that much experience with VA PE, if they have, I'm sure they'll reply.

Thanks for the response Serfty. Guess I'll just keep checking E/F and maybe give VA a call a little closer to take off.
