Now I have this booked (but not paid yet), as a QPNB, am wondering if I can access QP or equivalent at all the ports?

Travelling in discount economy

QF55 SYD-AKL - should be fine
QF25 AKL-LAX - should be fine
QF3789 LAX-YVR - on Alaska, this one I'm not too sure
BA84 YVR-LHR - this one I'm not too sure
BA27 LHR-HKG - should be fine
QF128 HKG-SYD - should be fine

OT - v disappointed that I don't have time & $ to do any mileage run when in Nth America, so will remain a QPNB

I believe BA has their own lounge(s) at YVR so that should be ok for you.

I doubt you'll get access at LAX though. There are some convoluted access rules for the AS Boardroom at certain airports involving QF people but I doubt they'll apply in your case. But maybe I'm wrong - I'm sure someone will advise if I am.

Agree you should be fine on the others.

Yes, BA has a lounge at YVR, it's right at the end of the concourse, you have to take the elevator upstairs.

For those that are interested, I was able to get into the Alaska lounge in LA (v basic though)

There have been reports of LAX lounge access before; contrasting with that for SEA.
