Hi,
Looking to book JASA on QF to hong kong midyear 2011, I can find ASA seats in various economy classes but there doesn't seem to be an option to select business class. I have a little over 200k points, NB status - is it just that I don't have enough points, so that the seats aren't offered, or it is status-dependent? J displays for domestic tickets.

You need to select travel class before you click "Go".

Trouble is those dates I selected came out at over 400,000 points one way ;)

Just had a look at 10JUN out and 17JUN back and
I can see plenty of JASAs available including some very cheap ones (Business Saver - with a warning to 'HURRY' for ~70K points each way - outbound is via SYD) versus other 'regular business' that are up to 400 - 500K each way.

Did you select 'Business' in the drop-down box?

That's the weird thing, I just don't have the drop down box at all! I think it may be dependent on how you navigate to the page for some reason, it's really strange. Has anyone else had this problem?

Are you using "Multi City" - there's no option to select class with that.

No, am choosing return. Or one way, it's the same. I have taken a screenshot but it won't add much light: (haven't done this before, not sure if it will work). Guess I'll have to speak to CS by phone..

When I do the same, and enter a departure and arrival point, "Travel Class" appears below "Passengers".

Using Safari 5.0.2 on 10.6.4.

Yep, safari is fine. And guess what, it is a lot of points the week i am going! The dates are a little different.

It is fine on Safari on the iPad, so I have sent a message to the Qantas web people. I think there is probably a script that is supposed to open the class selection option when you change the radio button from Classic to ASA, and something has gone awry.

Are you running the latest Safari like me?
