Just wondering if anyone has experience with redemptions.
From my point of view, if you are going to destinations included in their award scheme, Its actually only ~ 20% more points to go e.g. premium econ vs econ. Which i think, is excellent value. And with platinum edge, i can top up to get to the goals.
But i am worried that after i shift all my points from my edge to asia miles, the redemption process will be a let down, e.g. very limited availability, excessively long lag time between booking request submission and booking of tickets etc.....
Any opinions?
