Asia Miles increases award change/cancellation fees

Asia Miles has increased the cost of award booking changes & cancellations when paying with miles. There are no changes to fees when electing to pay in USD.

To summarise the changes:

• Flight Award Ticket rebooking fee increases from 4,000 to 6,000 Asia Miles (still USD40 if paying money)
• Flight Award Ticket re-issuance fee increases from 10,000 to 14,000 Asia Miles (still USD100 if paying money)
• Flight Award Ticket refund fee increases from 12,000 to 17,000 Asia Miles (still USD120 if paying money)
