Looking for some reasonable priced car hire at Darwin for three days. I guess I must accept that everything is curtailed within km per day that is offered but why for goodness sake! It's 2025 and to have limited KMs is ridiculous and not being able to car out of the state...(Not that I would
be doing so). What is it about Australia? If Europe acted this way .
....and you can take cars with unlimited Kms into other countries around Europe without additional cost. ...over 500 dollars seems excessive (for full insurance cover) for 3 days for max 300 Kms. All the larger well known companies just seem to offer Chinese cars (that are awful). No competition as they all seem the same price. Any alternatives worth looking at? Thanks.
