The heading actually spells it out.

We have a friend travelling with us NAN-MEL and then she is then continuing on MEL-HBA. It's all on an FJ booking. We get off in MEL and I have organised her a lounge pass for her MEL-HBA leg but cannot see how to attach it to her booking.

Her QF FF account sees it as a travel agent booking so won't allow any changes or additions.

Is there an easy way to attach it that I am missing?

TA needs to ensure her QFF# is in the booking so.it should show in her QFF account to link. If not, TA to provide QF PNR for MEL-HBA and ensure QF can see/add the QFF# to that sector to link

(Pretty sure FJ don't codeshare on MEL-HBA so unlikely to be a FJ flight number issue.)

The pass will need to be transferred to her FF account, then it can be linked to the flight at this link:

If the flight isn’t eligible, it won’t show up.
Thanks for the link. The pass is linked to her account but the particular flight doesn't show. Maybe as whilst it's a QF flight number it is an FJ booking.

I should have been clearer. The only TA involved is me as I made the booking and it's an FJ booking with a QF flight number for the MEL-HBA leg.

Well then I assume her QFF# is in the booking? have you accessed the QF PNR for the MEL-HBA booking and checked that?

If looking from within her FF acc nothing can be done as done as it shows as a TA booking. Using the link that muppet provided in post #2 there is a list of her upcoming flights but this particular flight is not on the list. (QF1557). QF and FJ PNRs are the same (normally) but this one doesn't show on her QF account.

So what does the booking show if you just go to the qantas.com.au web site (not logged in) and select manage booking and enter PNR and surname? Does that show her QFF number under the Passenger Details section? If it shows correctly there, the booking should be visible under her QFF account "My Bookings" section.

Her QF details had dropped off at the FJ end. They are now in there again but I cannot access everything again until the morning when I see her again (and check if they are still on the FJ part of the booking also.

As a side line Sue and my flights home have been totally screwed up also and currently incomplete. We needed to split someone off our booking and cancel her as she cannot travel due medical reasons. After about four weeks and multiple calls and emails we don't appear to be any closer.
