Im not sure if this has been covered elsewhere, but has anyone had any experience with the quality and reliability of the Australia Post Postcard (iphone) app?
I have used TouchNote which is a similar concept, worked well.
Australia post STILL haven't fixed their app after 12 months of promising !!!!

Used QF version today, will see how it looks next week
the first thing is that the Post card neverarrived, I had to send an email and ask what was going on.
Mrs GPH now informs me that in spite of the Appappearing to be a Qantas Product, it is in fact a company called Scribble Pics,I still can’t determine where they rea based BUT they have an Australian ABN.so you can imagine how surprised I am to discover that using my Australian(Jetstar MC) CC with what I believe to be an Australian company, I am sluggedeach time 10 cents (Currency conversion) for a $3.30 transaction. (one wondersif this would be multiplied by 10 if there were say 10 different cards, or 10 addressees?
to find out more I went to the website and foundthis:
ScribblePics has been chosen by leading travelclients including Qantas, Jetstar, Hilton, Expedia and Contiki to makepersonalised postcard software and solutions since 2008.

I’m not 100% happy, and wasn't given the optionto have a refund.
I wonder what Red Roo would know about this stateof affairs, and why we were not advised up front that this is clearly a foreigncompany? and that there are additional charges involved.
im not unhappy with the product quality itself, Per se (the post card arrived today and its fine) But there is little [point in promising something and then not delievering it.
