I have tried for nearly 2 years to get out of Auto Rewards.

Despite getting confirmations from the service centre in writing that I am 'unenrolled' the points keep coming out every 3 months. This month double points come out! Rang service centre, first call 'dropped out' (assume too hard basket) and second call assured me I am out and could not explain the double points (you can only enrol once).

I would be happy to do it online, but I cannot see where it can be done? I can see how to 'enrol', but not unenroll...

that is to sign up, I want out
