Award availability prior to ringing SQ

Hi

I'm trying to book an award flight using SQ miles on VA metal. Even though I have velocity miles sitting idle, I don't think they will allow a stop over, when SQ appears to allow one (assuming its not one way).

Is there any equivalent to the ANA tool or the nexus engine to find flights. Or is there any direct link between what I see on velocityrewards and what SQ will offer?
