Award Bookings for Couples on Singapore Airlines

I have earned Krisflyer points and so has my partner, we travel together. How can we use both sets of miles to purchase a SQ award ticket? We are both Gold members.
Do we have to book seperate tickets or is there a way to use points on one ticket?.
Redemption nominees works but it appears that only one persons points would be used for an award ticket

Ok I assume you only have enough points each to cover your own awards.

If it’s a one way booking (or a return booking with stopover in one direction) you need to each book separately from each of your own accounts (just make sure there’s 2 seats available on the flights you want). Each will be in a separate reservation.

If it’s a return booking you are looking at (without stopover) you could book both one way from one account and in the other direction from the other account.
