Hi, as a bit of a newbie to award booking I'm not sure if this is normal.
I award booked can-Mel return on Tuesday. Booked it in my partners name. Flying sat 26 feb.
Made a mistake (booked wrong outgoing flight) so called 25 minutes later got through and as the ticket hadn't issued she changed it to the one I wanted. I also booked my award tickets (separately) and I've been issued tickets via email.
The flights are in manage my bookings and say confirmed in the view.
Do I need to call again to get them emailed or will it be alright?(trying to avoid another 25 minute hold)
