Interestingly, I made a booking a month ago on the Accor site, and didn't even think about the affiliation. The booking is in the future, so if I remember, I will report back.
Having said that, I am imagining that any offering will be down the brand lines that they align to. I am staying at the one aligned to the Novotel, so I am not really expecting much!
