Has anyone earned Velocity points recently at Ayers Rock Resort? It's been more than 2 months since my stay and no points have been added. I booked through their official website (not Accor). The Resort does not reply to emails. No one picks up their phones. Their online chat has an auto message that says someone will be in touch within 48 hours but that's a lie.

I contacted Velocity but they referred me back to Voyage. This resort is the only hotel partner that does not have a means to retro claim points. Can anyone point me to the right direction? Thanks in advance.

I've had this issue, though not with Ayer Rock but another Accor hotel.
Call and speak to the General Manager, that's what I did in my scenario and worked.

I received below from their Facebook page. Apparently Velocity never bothered to update their website. Be aware if you plan to travel to Uluru.

Our association with the Velocity program ended on the 8th December 2020. Points can no longer be earned for stays at Ayers Rock Resort. If you have a query for a stay prior to that time and the booking was made directly with us please do let us know your booking details and we can investigate. Kind regards Explore Uluru
