I did wonder if they were going to "transfer" across new, newish or old aircraft to TT.

The first of the three is an oldie First Tigerair 737 breaks cover | Australian Aviation

Surprised this has happened early, but I guess with the a330 business nearly complete and b777's next year they are taking the opportunity to get it done.

The question now is, will they -

Use the aircraft for VA, then re-do the interior later (very unlikely IMHO)
Re-do the interior now and park it
Re-do the interior now and use it as part of the TT domestic fleet until international launch
 
This aircraft used to be one of the old Pacific Blue NZ aircraft. It definitely is a case of good riddance. I hope inside is getting a bit of a retrofit or something as it needs it.
