Hi There
Just got back from Mel-Syd-BKKReturn on BA.

The mel-syd leg was a BA flight number operated by Qantas so i know i dont get the min 1000 points but this is what posted:

14 JUN 11
BA 7446 ECONOMY 10JUN11 MELBOURNE/SYDNEY
439
-
110
549
10

I was flying Premium Economy BA, so this leg was Economy, on the booking page it put it as Class H, on the ticket it printed Y
Should i have thus earnt 20 SC? Is it worth Calling qantas about?
Cheers

From what I can see on the earning table, you should have got the 20 SC's.

I would contact QF, but be prepared to wait atm. There is also an email address floating around somewhere that may help you on this one

The email address I used recently to help me out with a JetStar FF points and SC earning issue was FREQUENT_FLYER @ qantas.com.au

As it's a BA flight number you won't get the min 1000 points, as this is only for QF flight numbers (as you have already pointed out). As for the SC's im not too sure, don't call QF as you'll be waiting a while, maybe wait a few days or send them an email about it?

You received the correct number of points and SCs.

The Airline Earning Table only relates to the points you earn. You need to consult the SC chart and the accompanying T&Cs for SC earn. H class on BA post as Full Economy points but Discount Economy SCs.

Anything other than Y on oneworld flights post as Discount Economy SCs, even though you may get Full Economy points on some of the higher fare buckets.
