Hello,

I am a Silver QFF and I will fly ADL-MEL-HKG-CDG. As a Silver QFF I can have 23kg+10kg baggage, but the last leg (HKG-CDG) is a QF codeshare flight with AF. Can I still have acces to the 10 additional kilos for my trip?

Thanks

It all depends on how you have booked the flights. If you are booked and ticketed as a QF passengers (ie QF3970 whatever flight nbr) you are entitled to it. However if you are booked as an AF passenger (AF257 from memory) then no you aren't entitled to it even if through checked.

All my flights are with a QF number. But on the Qantas website, it is written that QFF extra baggage applys only on QF operated filghts...

If this is all on a single booking/ticket, the most favourable baggage allowance applies. Regardless, your baggage allowance is on your e-ticket then add your status extras.

Codeshare = same as QF allowance, although the return carrier checkin staff sometimes need a gentle reminder...

Not true these days ... if booked recently then the "Most Significant Carrier" rule applies. Do a search on AFF for either that phrase or "MSC".
