Balance transfer with sign up points, Annual\BT fee free in December 2015?

Yep I need another Credit card to Balance transfer Fee Free and has Sign up points.
Current cards have:
Ignite
Bankwest Plat lite
Signature
Westpac Altitude
NAB Black Premium
28 degrees
Amex Plat Edge
Coles

Have cancelled within 12months:
ANZ Black

Only thing I can think is CBA PLAT for $10....but not sure BT offer on card.

Suggestions?
