I know this is only a small offering and probably not even worth it, but Bankwest is offering 30,000 Qantas points on their Platinum Qantas Card

To be eligible for 20,000 Bonus Points you must meet the minimum spend requirements within three months of account opening. To be eligible for 10,000 Bonus Points you must keep your card account open for 15 months. Your card account must remain open for points to be transferred.
