Bankwest Transaction account [General Discussion]

Sounds to me like Telstra have been fiddling with their code, maybe to change field names on each time the screen is generated. Optus did something similar ages ago.

Anyone else having trouble with their Firefox iMacros today?
Been working for more than 1 year and today will not enter credit card expiry month.
All other data enters ok.
This is the error "Wrong CONTENT specifier 08, line: 8 (Error code: -925)"

Tried recording a new macro but same error.

Tried running on a different pc same error.

Cheers
Craig

I've worked out a fix Craig. In your macro, change the expiryMonth CONTENT to be 8, rather than 08.

I've got no idea why, but that has fixed up all my accounts.

Looks to be an issue with the 10 Aug iMacro update.

The program is having issues with content that starts with a "0". Removing the 0 from the expiry month fixes the failure there, however one of my cards has a 0** CCV which was also producing a failure.

I played around a bit and editing the macro to read CONTENT="000" rather than CONTENT=000 seems to fix it.

I've never updated iMacro, so not sure how it's become a problem in my version.

Great stuff. I have modified my macro and all is working again.

Thanks for your help.

Strangely recording a new macro with the new version didn't fix the problem.
The macro still needed to be edited after recording.

I found that the most confusing part. It had me scratching my head for a while late last night. I blame the vino for my delay in figuring it out :p

I've personally tried Telstra and EnergyAustralia (back before they imposed $0.10 minimums) and Telstra is about 3x easier.

Has anyone tried any other merchants that are also quite straightforward to run $0.01s with? Bupa anyone?

Ah wow cool. Have you used iMacros too? Which ones easier?

[Off topic] Do you make (Android) apps too? lol

Never used it, but I'm sure imacro is easier for anyone who hasn't done any Java. If you've done java then Selenium and PhantomJS get the job done pretty easily.

I've played with android, but not done any serious development for it.

a friend has recieved the dreaded letter today (+ family). something regarding rules 2.1 (can't remember). But it's slowly occuring!

Make hay while the sun shines.

Mrs lilkid has also received her in the mail, citing clause 23.1. I haven't received mine yet; so hasn't the parents yet. Counting the days now.

Could it be due to small balance in account? As I only keep a $2k balance and it's on her account. Ours are all less than $100.

Was your friend doing transaction everyday? I heard that if there's inactivity on the account then they would investigate it.
