Bankwest Transaction account [General Discussion]

Yes I'm suspecting the same.

Although I randomly only got 7 through on one cycle yesterday...

Still experimenting

Sure am. The first two rounds got 10 payments through no problems then the next round, nope, only 6, even waiting an additional hour didn't work.

I suspect rejected payments count too. That may explain why you can't do 10 on some occasions.

Anyone know if Energy Australia can be automated with a macro?

Any other energy companies accepting 1c?

I know Origin Energy is $1 minimum.

Yes.

May have a few errors/timeout occasionally, but i receive the dreaded payment rejected ;)

Has anyone managed to do more than 50 payments in a 24 hour period to Optus, since the changes?

The reason I ask, is because I made 5 payments prior to 6PM and all attempts since then have been rejected. The last payment was the 51st since 6pm yesterday. (Only 26 since 3AM, so it's not the card limit.)

If it's not that, then it must be that rejected payments are counted too, so I just have to stop attempting any payments for 3 hours, and hopefully I'll be able to make payments again.

I haven't had any rejected payments, but I am now playing within Optus rules.
10 payments all accepted ........ no attempts for 3 hours ......... then 10 payments again all accepted rinse and repeat.

50 payments is I believe a BankWest limit, not an Optus one.

Thanks for the information everyone, I'll play by Optus' rules tomorrow and will see what happens :)

Perfect timing on the Telstra $40 plan offer. I ended up switching from Optus to Telstra.

The monthly spend was similar and I was looking at switching before but I couldn't be bothered... But this may have caused me to finally bother switching :P

I know I've seen this in the thread before but since it's a few pages back, can anyone provide the payment link to Telstra that works with the $0.01 payments? And also, are there time limits on Telstra like on Optus or can I do 50 transactions all in one go?

Well beyond 10......

It's running like a Bintang-drinking-energizer-bunny-on-crack

It would take 5 hours & 30 minutes to do 10 payments. No wonder it's working.

As I posted before. I believe the rule is, a payment is only accepted, if there are no more than 9 payments (including rejected payment attempts) in the previous 3 hours.

So for every payment there would be only 5 other payments in the previous 3 hours.

See this post for the link. Note iMacro can't click the continue button. And you can do 50 transactions in one go.

Also, it is possible to search this thread (look under the box at the top of the page, showing the number of likes this thread has received).
