Bankwest Transaction account [General Discussion]

Mine hasn't posted either, however the usual points amount have appeared on the estatement I received today. Suspect the points posting person may on annual leave ;).

based on what's been happening on this thread, the points person has been on leave for the last 18 months!

Nothing posted here either, I can see from the Bankwest statement how much should be posted though, I will give it a few more days.

No points for me either!

Nothing has posted for December for me either.

I've sent the bank a bankmail message. Not real happy with the mugs.

I'm also waiting on points too...

also, curiously, I was able to put through 53 transactions per card yesterday

Anyone been able to get an answer from Bankwest with what's happened to this months points?

Oh good, so I'm not the only one who hasn't had points show up in the QF Account.

Update: just contacted BW, which they say (my) points we're sent on Jan 5th (and 5th of each month), but QF tell them it may take up to 21 days for the actual crediting by QF.

I did mention that 100's+ others have the same issue.

So we will need to wait until after Aus. Day (21 days after Jan 5th!).

Strange that it has never taken 21 days before.

ditto, I've been used to points being credited quite regularly on about the 5th of the month. Nothing yet, but I'm reluctant to rock the boat by having a real living person looking at my account which has had 50 one-cent transactions a day for the last 18 months.

They already know.

I would think it prudent that no one doing fifty 1c transactions a day should bring that to the attention of anyone at Bankwest. Just be patient...

This might be a way of getting rid of the people doing fifty 1c tansactions. :(:?:

They already know many customers are on the cheap, if they didn't know; they need to go to pre school!

Looking back over the past year my points are showing as being sent on the 5th of the month but credited on 5th, 6th or 7th by QF. So I am presuming the issue is at the QF end not Bankwest. It seems at the moment that QF is a bit busy taking back everyday rewards points that were double posted in December!

I got a response from Bankwest:

"I have had a look at your account history and I can confirm that the
system has transferred [x] points to your QANTAS account as of the
3/1/16. There was a delay to this due to the public holidays just
passed. Please allow a few more days and you should see the points in
the receiving account."

That's pathetic. Which public holidays (let alone holiday) has occurred since 3 January?

I also have mine posted between the 5th and 7th of every month.
