I think it's even more traumatic that someone would spend that kind of money on BA...someone should tell him that QR also flies to CPT. 30,000£ per year to fly 30,000 miles with BA...o_O:confused::eek:

Never drop your clothes on a hotel carpeted floor in your room. You can easily pick up those little critters called bed bugs. The first you know is a bit of blood on your body from them biting you overnight.
Definitely hang your clothes up and use a luggage stand for your bag.
A bed bug bite can get infected as they are not exactly the cleanest bug in the world of bugs.

Any airline has a potential for bed bugs.An infected passenger leaves them behind. They could board any airline.Or go to any hotel room.

I think the issues raised by recent BA incidents, as we hear repeatedly with service issues with many airlines, is the reaction of crew when things go wrong. The crew on the September flight (in Y) did not respond effectively to the concerns of the passengers from Canada, who reported bugs coming out of the seats. In an even more recent incident the crew refuse to fly: BA forced to ground a plane after bedbug infestation | Daily Mail Online
