NAB 0% 15 months. Fee is $35.
I already hold a Platinum NAB QF card. Can I apply for the Low Rate NAB Card, get the 0% for 15mths and BT to one of my cards with a different bank?

It doesn't get much better than that!
My idiot ex-housemate has about $20k of credit card debt spread across several high interest cards. He pays thousands and thousands of dollars of interest every year (barely makes more than the minimum payment each month) but keeps these cards because they have rewards programs that are pointless to him (he doesn't spend much on them because they're so close to their limits). If he transferred just 10k to this NAB card offer he would save almost $3,000 interest over 15 months but does he do this? No! He would argue he doesn't earn (measly) points so there's no point saving $3k! He could take that 3k and buy far more points than he would earn keeping the rewards program!
So do I get caught by the "in conjunction with any other NAB CC offer" clause because I already have a NAB card, even though I won't be doing a BT between NAB cards?
What documents do they normally require for a balance transfer?
Do they just require a payout figure letter from current card, or a copy of statement or both?
I am thinking about doing the ANZ balance transfer %0

Some really good balance transfers offers currently even for existing customers.
ANZ is 0% for 15 months and Citibank 0% for 3 months. This one has been around for a while and just keep re-using it after 3 months.
For existing cardholders? Seriously? Hope I get that on Citi Signature fee free for life after the 0% for 6 months expires!
