Just wondering if there are any cards that include significant bonus points in form of QF or transferable at a good rate to Enrich?

If there is something worth the 3% fee then perhaps it should be considered vs 28 deg card ?

Citibank Select offers the best overseas transaction points earn, AFAIK - 5 CitiRewards points per $1 spent.

5 CR points can be redeemed for 3.33 KrisFlyer points, 3.33 Velocity points or 2.5 AsiaMiles, and are effectively the same as 5 QFF points via the Citibank Travel "price match guarantee".

There is a 3.3% fee, but as you pointed out it IS well worth it - 3.3 cents per dollar in return for points worth 10-20 cents.
