Best card to avoid foreign transaction fees

Hi everyone,
I am new to the forum and am wondering if you can help me out with a credit/debit card recommendation. I'm after a card with the lowest (or no) fees for foreign transactions and ATM withdrawals for when I travel overseas. I am going to New Zealand soon.
What do you recommend?

Plenty of info in those other forums but specific to NZ, you can pretty much go cashless there.

Plenty of free debit cards (Macquarie, UBank etc) that work international tx fee free for purchases and ATMs. Free CCs are becoming scarcer.

The foreign transaction fee is one consideration. The other is the rate of exchange a bank/cc uses. Can vary.
When I go to NZ, for weeks at time, most times use no hard cash (but have some)
