I have an upcoming flight on the A319 with only 2 rows in the F cabin. Is row 1 really restricted in legroom? I read that row 2 is not easy to get out when PAX in front recline.

First time on the A319 so any feedback is welcome. Is the IFE any good? Is it free in F?

No experience, but I have come across reports that any row 2 seat is better than row 1 due to foot room. (There's apparently no leg room).

Thanks! Back to seat 2C it is!

Actually - it appears there's a significant difference between row 1 on the original AA 319's and row 1 on the ex USair 319's - former is ok, the latter is poor.

Thanks for that. So if there is 3 rows in F it's an ex-US bird? (SeatGuru Seat Map US Airways Airbus A319 (319))
Will AA refit them with AA interior?

I cant say ... probably better to research on FT.

No worries! I just thought that with the popularity of SC runs in the LOFTAP a few AFFers would have flown F on the A319;). Actually it's a route I flew a few times out of DFW, but AA will now operate it with an A319 instead of 737.

In only researched it all due to being booked on an 8 seater DFW-AUS - but that changed with a revamp of schedules and have no flights currently booked on them.

I flew ORD-DFW in 1A on a new AA 319 a few months ago. I'm 6'2" and found the leg room completely adequate
