Best Premium Economy to UK

What is the best Premium Economy both by quality and value to UK. Or is it beter value to fly Asian business class, like Veitnam Airlines special business class to Gatwick for $3890.
Would love to gets some opinions on this.

Never flown Vietnam airlines but that is a good price for J if it's a rtn.

Flew Vietnam a in 2006, was bumped to first class as there were only two pax, one in each class. Hard product was dated but in good condition, soft was good food, sprits etc, beer was Vietnam local. I don't remember the entertainment as I worked most of the way. Shared lounge in Syd.

In general I would fly J in preference to a Y+ product, unless you are chasing SC's and points.

Also look at MAS J, if older product can be some good deals.
