Best way to escalate retro claims/status reassessment?

Hi folks,

I have some retro claims in which are the difference between plat and gold for me, but they seem to be going nowhere so far.

Anyone have any advice on the best way to escalate the issue? I called in with the first retro claim and was advised it was best to work through email... I've filed feedback on the website which has received one (unproductive) reply, and PMed 'Velocity Frequent Flyer' here to no effect.

Pickup the phone and call Velocity. It worked for me:)
