I've recently made the switch to Velocity from Kris after point devaluations and i've found the Virgin website is much less intuitive than the SIA and even Qantas website trying to find a J class reward seat. I've tried numerous dates for SYD > JFK / LHR as examples and I can never find out.

Also, for some reason on seats.aero when I use the Virgin Australia Velocity page (https://seats.aero/velocity) and put show flights from Oceania to South America, Europe or Asia there are no results. Is this normal?

Also might be a thing, that VAi now does not fly anywhere far, except CNS - HND, but other than that, zilch.
So, maybe that is why nothing shows up.
You need to go with UA or HA.
The agreement between UA and VFF, might not go as far as US - LHR.

Another tip (from the horse's mouth) is to type "pts" into the business class column search so it will only show business class awards
