So I have got new Woolworths Qantas Platinum that was offering 20,000 QF bonus points. Received first statement today, and as many witnessed before, got only 16,000 points. Immediately called them and got two different explanations why - 1) not registering through Qantas link, but directly with Woolworths, 2) not being invited for the special. Both clear BS. They asked me to prove that I was offered 20,000 - I am providing screen shots. Told them if I don't get remaining points in 5 business days, I will be cancelling the card and asking for a full refund of the fee. And of course, also immediately used the 16,000 points... Let's see what will they do...
