Binge QF Bonus Rewards Offer Missing

Back on March 21 I received an offer to receive 1000 bonus points upon signing up for Binge standard, a further 50 bonus QF points per month and a share in some 2 million QF points pooled for those signing up during the promotion. Thus far I have received just the share of the 2 million bonus QF points (which worked out to 1001 QF points) and the monthly 50 QF point bonus. However, I have yet to receive the 1000 bonus QF points as part of the offer.

Has anyone else received their bonus points for signing up for Binge? Is this something that I should wait a little bit longer for it to post or should I give a call to QFF?
