Bizarre QF survey

I received a bizarre QF survey today asking if I was satisfied with how QF Customer Care 'handled' my 'feedback'.

It's bizarre because it could only be referring to (one of) the 2 complaints I submitted to Customer Care in April about flights at Easter. Neither of those complaints was ever 'handled' at all - they were both completely ignored after the auto-acknowledgements and I never heard another thing.

Needless to say I answered all the questions as 1 - completely dissatisfied.
 
It's occurred to me that maybe what QF wanted feedback on was the recent round of points, extensions, discount vouchers and SC rollovers. If so they should have been clearer. I would have upgraded my answers to somewhere between 2 - dissatisfied and 3 - neutral 😂

Looks like someone at QF/QFF does look at complains.
probably selective replies from their side, if they can send you a survey, but your complains were never dealt with to your satisfaction.
Edit: but still, interesting you got something.
