I am travelling to BKK in April and have read that immigration at BKK is going through some problems at the moment.

Has anybody experienced this?

I am looking at using a fast track service on arrival. Has anybody used Bangkok Flight Services before?
Bangkok Flight Services

I have noticed that you can book the service through other agencies as well, ie AsiaWeb http://www.bangkok.com/fast-track-services.htm, even though the price is higher, but I suspect they are only acting as an agent and booking Bangkok Flight Services.

was there a couple of weeks ago and they are doing some construction or renovation work. We had fast track cards as WP so there were separate immigration desks. This was definitely faster than the normal queues but can get busy as well with all F, J and status pax... Personally I wouldn't pay the 30 bucks.

*edit* what I used to do when approaching immigration was keep far left of the hall, less people there

Please post how it all goes.

And I will make a note to grab some extra express arrivals and departure cards to give you for the flight back.

Reading that Flyertalk thread it seems the Express Cards aren't in use any more (could be wrong though) and just the C/J or F boarding pass needs to be cited.

They definitely were still in use 3 weeks ago.

Mmmm starting to get worried for my 1520 arrival next month. Hopefully they will have express cards on board. It's not that I am in a hurry to get out but after flying for 13 hours from LHR I don't fancy standing in line
If it is really worrying you then spend 700 baht for express arrivals.

I shall have a quick look at home and if I have any from last trip, I suspect I don't, I shall bring them tomorrow night....
